GuestIf Shani has sent you into Spaceport for Waking the Grid, don’t expect a simple grab-and-go run. This quest is more about movement, timing, and staying alive long enough to hit every objective in one raid. A lot of players who usually focus on ARC Raiders Items get caught off guard by that, because there’s nothing to loot for the task itself. You’re repairing a busted security system, and all three steps have to be completed before you extract. Miss one, get dropped, or leave too early, and you’re doing the whole thing again.
Start with the Guard Tower
The safest route usually begins on the west side of Spaceport near Fuel Lines. That’s where the Guard Tower sits, and it’s the first place most players head for good reason. The sensor reset console is up top, but getting there cleanly is the tricky part. ARC units patrol the area, and real players love to watch the tower because they know somebody’s probably coming for the quest. Don’t sprint straight in. Slow down, clear what you can, then take the zipline once things settle a bit. At the top platform, interact with the marked console and the first piece of the grid comes back online.Push into the Departure Building
From there, head north to the Departure Building. It’s not a huge rotation, though it can feel longer if the map’s active and shots are going off nearby. Go in through the southern front entrance and move into the lobby. You’ll pass the long desk almost immediately. After that, cut left, then left again, and you should end up in a darker room that acts as the security control centre. This terminal is your second stop. Use it, wait for the interaction to finish, and you’re nearly done. This part tends to go smoother than the tower, but don’t relax too much. Indoor fights here get messy fast.Finish at the Arrival Building
The last objective is over at the Arrival Building to the northwest, inside the Data Office. This section can be awkward because getting in isn’t always as direct as you’d like. In most runs, you’ll need to move around the outside until you find the breached way in. Once inside, take a left at the main desk, then turn right and look for a door you can breach. Behind it, you’ll find the office where the security breach needs fixing. Interact with the console or repair the wiring prompt, depending on what appears, and that’s the quest complete. At that point, don’t loot around for too long. Just pick the nearest extract and get out before somebody hears the noise and closes in.Why the reward is worth the hassle
Back in Speranza, hand the quest over to Shani and enjoy one of the better early-to-mid progression rewards in the game. You’ll get some useful supplies, sure, but the real prize is the Tactical MK.3 (Revival) augment. Passive healing is already strong, and having an emergency revive in your kit can save an otherwise dead run. It changes how confidently you can approach later expeditions. If you like preparing properly before those tougher raids, checking market options through RSVSR can also help you stay stocked for the next push, especially when you don’t feel like gambling an entire evening on one bad drop.At RSVSR, great games meet genuinely useful advice, and Waking the Grid in ARC Raiders is a perfect example. From the Spaceport guard tower to the Departure and Arrival Buildings, we break it down in a way that’s easy to follow. -
